Terms of Use
Last updated: 20 October 2026
These terms cover Nocto, the Mac app, and its license. By downloading or using Nocto you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Nocto is made by Dayans Group ("we", "us"). Contact: support@getnocto.app.
2. Free trial
Nocto is free to download. Every feature works for 7 days without payment or an account. After the trial, music in the notch keeps working for free; the other features need a license.
3. License
- A Nocto Pro license is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
- One license may be used by one person on up to 3 Macs at a time. You can move it with Settings → License → Deactivate This Mac.
- The license includes all 1.x updates. A future major version may be offered as a separate purchase.
- You may not resell, share publicly, or try to bypass the license, or copy, modify or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows it.
4. Payment
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which also handles taxes and receipts. Prices are shown in US dollars before any applicable tax.
5. Refunds
If Nocto isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy.
6. Updates and support
We aim to keep Nocto working on current versions of macOS and to answer support email within two business days. Nocto requires macOS 26 or later.
7. No warranty
Nocto is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be free of errors or work with every app, calendar service or device.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to Nocto is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data or missed meetings.
9. Termination
If you break these terms, we may deactivate your license. You can stop using Nocto at any time by deleting it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without limiting any consumer rights you have where you live.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; the terms that applied when you bought your license continue to apply to that license.
