Music doesn't show up
Start playing something first — the notch shows music once macOS reports it. For Apple Music and Spotify, Nocto may ask to control the app; if you clicked Don't Allow, turn Nocto on in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Automation.
Meetings don't show up
Allow calendar access in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars. Nocto shows the Join button when the event's location, notes or URL contains a Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Webex or FaceTime link.
AirPods don't show up
Allow Bluetooth in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Bluetooth. Left, right and case levels appear a moment after AirPods connect.
Clipboard history is empty
Clipboard history is off until you turn it on in the Clipboard tab or in Settings. If macOS asks whether Nocto may paste from other apps, choose Always Allow in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Paste from Other Apps.
The notch doesn't open
Rest the pointer on the notch, or swipe down on it with two fingers. Nocto hides itself in full-screen apps; you can change that in Settings → General.
Uninstall
Quit Nocto from its menu-bar icon and move Nocto from Applications to the Trash. If you have a license, deactivate it first to free that Mac's spot.
